LAMSA Board Meeting Minutes
10/09/14

Board Members present:

Meeting commenced at 6:38 pm.

1.The Awards Banquetwas discussed.
	-Joe will follow up with the Eagles to determine the price of the hall.
	-Doug will be in charge of food, with help from the rest of the Board of Directors.

2.Division winners will receive the same thing as last year.
	-Regular season division winners will get a trophy.
	-Playoff runner-ups will receive a trophy.
	-Playoff division champions will receive a trophy and each qualifying member will receive a sweatshirt.
	Lori will contact coaches to get sizes.

3.Memberships
	-Rocco will renew Eagles memberships for all Board Members.
	-Ryan motioned that the league pays for 2 memberships to the Elks due to the league using the facilities occasionally. Danny seconded and motion was passed 6-0.

4.Trash at the fields.
	-The dumpster needs to be removed November 1st, Rocco will contact company.
	-Barrels will remain in each dugout until the end of the Fall season.

5.The snack shack has had 3 break ins since the end of the season.
	-Possible solutions were discussed.

6.End of season questionnaire was sent out to coaches.
	-It will also be available at the banquet.

7.Possible fundraisers.
	-League night at local restaurants. Buffalo Wild Wings and Unos have promotions.
	-Cornhole, poker, mini golf
	-Sign Program
		-Lori will make up a letter to give to potential sponsors.

8.Rocco went over the budget from the previous year.
	-Budget will be put on website.

9.Field maintenance.
	-Fields will be fertilized on Mondays to allow time before they are used again.
	-Offseason maintenance will wait until the conclusion of the Fall Sunday Morning League.

10.Offseason Schedule
	-Board Meeting, October 23rd at Eagles
	-Board Meeting, November 6th at Eagles
	-Awards Banquet, November 9th at Eagles
	-Board Meeting, November 20th at Eagles
	-Board Meeting, December 4th location TBD
